Assembly Language Laboratory

This compulsory Lab, aims in familiarizing our students with the Assembly Programming Language as well as to clarify subjects of the Introduction to Computer Systems course, as for example the different addressing modes.

Our students perform six (6) different exercises covering the :

Dr. Vergos abandoned supervising this Lab course in 2004, in which era this lab course was performed on a hardware platform based on the 80196 KB microcontroller. A new hardware platform based on ARM7 was developed by Dr Vergos' team and has been used since 2009. Therefore, the material in the following links is outdated.
